Storage King has 25 locations throughout the UK and covers a wide area, unlike some competitors who have a large number of stores but only in one region. The main selling point of the Storage King brand is transparency, the company prides itself on being upfront and not hiding any charges.
With a simple and logical system for booking in and ‘checking out’ customers of any nature will find storage king easy to use.
24 hour CCTV is in operation at all sites, with some centres having individual alarms fitted to every unit.
Across the board there are different access times, so it’s best to check with your local Storage King branch. Some operate an open access 24 hour policy, whereas others work to strict opening hours which aren’t 7 days a week.
Contract Length & Flexibility
There is no minimum contract length as such, but Storage King charges people in 4 week blocks for storage, and a minimum of 14 days notice is required to terminate an agreement. Meaning that Storage King is probably the least flexible on the market when it comes to exit terms.
